After over a decade

of practicing good nutrition and regular exercise; my body was more broken than ever.
Through that experience, I now understand that food and exercise are secondary to good health.
Healthy minds and bodies are first created with fulfilling relationships, career, and spiritual practice.

~ These are the primary “foods” fill the soul and satisfy the hunger for life.

 

Pop Culture Lies – Debunked.

As a young mother, I learned the hard way as I suffered for 7 years from debilitating illnesses that were rooted in subconscious beliefs and emotional stresses caused by past and ongoing trauma.  

Through those experiences combine with my training as a holistic health coach,  I’ve debunked the popular myth that lifelong optimal health comes from vigorous exercise and a clean diet.   

This Pop culture myth has lead millions into feelings of discouragement & even physical or mental illness.

Optimal health starts in the mind.  It begins with a healthy mental & emotional environment, second vigorous physical activity, &  lastly natural, whole, clean food to eat.

This awakening has made all the difference in my life as well as those I mentor.

I now enjoy clarity of thought, more energy, peace, joy & vitality than I ever thought possible. New friendships, hobbies, new possibilities & passions abound and all with almost no sick days.
